Reservations & Payment
All equipment will be reserved upon receiving a signed rental contract and a 50% deposit. The full balance of all orders is due prior to delivery. Cancellations or reductions within 72 hours prior to delivery or pickup may incur a restocking fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks, however, in some cases a credit card will be required to keep on file.
Setup and Takedown
All setup and takedown services must be arranged prior to delivery or pickup.
Table Setup: $.50 per table
Table Takedown: $.25 per table
Chair Setup: $.25 per chair
Chair Takedown: $.15 per chair
Rates
Our rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Weekends are considered a one-day rental.
Long-Term Rentals
Long-term rental rates are available. Please contact us for specific pricing.
Damage Deposit
There will be a 20% deposit that will be added to all rental contracts and covers any accidental damages that surpass normal usage. This deposit does not cover shortage, loss of items, or damage due to improper or abusive use of items. Once all items have been returned and reviewed the deposit will be returned to the customer.
Responsibility
All responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will apply for all lost or damaged equipment.
Delivery
We have delivery options available.
Delivery rates are based on distance.
$200 for delivering to Redmond and Terrebonne
$350 for delivering to Bend, Sisters, Prineville, and Madras
